Help Finding Housing

Safe and stable housing is essential, but options are limited and depend on what is available in the community. We will work with you to identify possible housing opportunities and connect you with partners who may be able to help. Please understand that we cannot guarantee placement.

How to Request

  • Submit a Help Request through staff during open hours
  • Mention this Knowledge Article when making your request
  • Provide information about your current situation and needs

What to Share

  • Household size and ages of any children
  • Any income, benefits, or resources you currently have
  • Special circumstances such as disability, safety concerns, or urgent needs

Our Support

  • We will review available housing resources in the community
  • Staff may assist with applications or referrals to housing programs
  • We can connect you with partner agencies for further support

Limitations

  • Housing opportunities depend on landlord and agency availability
  • We cannot guarantee immediate placement or specific housing types
  • Some housing options may require background checks, deposits, or other eligibility steps

Important Notes

  • Please bring any paperwork you have related to housing applications or referrals
  • Be prepared for waitlists, as many housing programs have limited openings
  • If housing is not immediately available, staff will suggest other resources to help meet your basic needs in the meantime
