Request a Ride or Shelter Shuttle

When safe and available, we may be able to provide transportation for urgent needs such as medical appointments, ID services, or shelter access. Rides are not guaranteed and depend on volunteer driver availability, so please make your request as early as possible.

Request Early

Submit your ride request at least 24 hours before your appointment, when possible
Same-day requests may not be available
Helps us coordinate drivers and confirm availability

Provide Appointment Details

Share appointment type (medical, ID service, shelter, etc.)
Include date, time, and estimated duration
Bring any paperwork or identification required for your appointment

Pickup & Drop-off

Provide a safe pickup location with address or landmark
Share a reliable phone number so the driver can reach you
Be ready at the agreed time to avoid delays

Staff Process

Staff will create a Help Request with your ride details
We will contact available volunteer drivers
You will receive confirmation if a driver is available

Important Notes

Rides are for essential needs only, not personal errands
Seatbelts must be worn at all times
Respect drivers by being courteous and punctual
